These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.azuldelgrasso.com (the “Website”) and any non-clinical coaching, educational, creative, consultation, ceremony-preparation, integration, ecotherapy, photography, or related services offered by Ascended Voices LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or services.
Website purpose
The Website shares educational information and describes ways to work with Dr. Azul DelGrasso. Its content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, crisis, or emergency advice. Nothing on the Website creates a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed clinical relationship.
Scope of services
Services are educational, reflective, creative, spiritual, and coaching-based. They are not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for licensed healthcare. You are responsible for deciding whether a service is appropriate for you and for seeking qualified medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency support when needed. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services in your location.
Consultations, bookings, fees, and cancellations
A free consultation is an opportunity to explore fit and does not guarantee acceptance into a service. Appointment availability, pricing, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and any program-specific conditions are shown during booking or provided in writing. Those terms become part of these Terms. You agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information. Unless a different policy is stated at booking, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged or treated as used sessions, except where prohibited by law or waived at our discretion.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree to participate honestly, respect boundaries, and make your own decisions. You remain responsible for your health, safety, choices, and outcomes. You may not misuse the Website; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; submit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material; impersonate another person; copy protected materials without permission; or use the Website in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original text, photographs, images, videos, audio, course materials, frameworks, designs, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Ascended Voices LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Personal experiences and results
Testimonials and stories describe individual experiences. They are not guarantees. Coaching, creative, educational, and integrative work is personal, and results vary based on many factors. We do not promise any particular emotional, spiritual, creative, professional, financial, or health outcome.

The Website may link to or use third-party services, including Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, payment processors, analytics providers, email platforms, social media, or other websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or conduct. Use third-party services at your own discretion.
